This session will be led by Mr. Atty. Angelo Andro M. Suan, Tax and Legal Consultant & Mr. Junro Binag, Managing Partner of Donasco & Company Ltd. They will provide accountants across various fields with a practical understanding of legal risks associated with their roles, enhancing their ability to identify, assess and mitigate potential legal issues beyond traditional financial responsibilities.
This webinar is specially designed for accounting professionals across various sectors who want to strengthen their awareness of legal risks and enhance their professional judgment. Ideal participants include:

Note: The webinar will be conducted in English, with Khmer interpretation available. KICPAA Members are encouraged to join this webinar to earn 2.5 CPD Hours. An e-certificate will be issued free of charge to KICPAA Members who fully attend the webinar. However, Non-members who fully attend the webinar are encouraged to request an e-certificate at a cost of KHR 42,000 per.
Mr. Atty. Angelo Andro M. Suan, CPA, MBA
Tax and Legal Consultant
Mr. Atty. Angelo Andro M. Suan, CPA is a practicing CPA-lawyer in the Philippines. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and currently manages his own firm, Suan Cabardo Law and Accounting Office, which specializes in commercial law and taxation.
In addition to his legal and accounting practice, Mr. Atty. Suan is also a college professor, teaching courses in business and taxation. As an ASEAN CPA, he has expanded his professional network by serving as an adjunct consultant for Donasco & Co., Ltd.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, he is currently enrolled at CAMED, pursuing studies in Cambodian taxation. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management.
He is the former President of the Philippine Institute of CPAs (PICPA) – local chapter, and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
Junro Binag, CPA, MBA, CFE
Managing Partner
Mr. Junro Binag is a practicing ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ACPA) and a Registered Foreign Professional Accountant (RFPA) in Cambodia.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and currently serves as the Managing Partner of Donasco & Co., Ltd., a licensed audit and accounting firm in Cambodia.
The firm offers a comprehensive range of professional services, including assurance and non-assurance engagements, accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services.
Mr. Binag is also an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and completed his Diploma in Cambodian Tax and Business Law at CAMED Business School in 2016.
