KICPAA has a secretariat as as permanent administrative and technical secretary. Secretariat leads by a CEO whom elected and appointed by the Governing Council of KICPAA. CEO shall responsible on the management and facilitating daily operations of KICPAA.

Secretariat of KICPAA has its functions and duties as the followings:

• Manage and facilitate administrative work, staffs and finance of KICPAA;
• Organize the meeting of KICPAA;
• Organize and implement strategy plan, action plan, yearly budget plan and other plan of KICPAA;
• Organize drafting policy and rules for the management of KICPAA;
• Propose to run any provincial office in the Kingdom of Cambodia and submit to governing council for reviewing and approval;
• Closely work with national and international higher education institutions to enhance the implementing of the accounting program adapted to international standards;
• Represent the KICPAA in the relations with third parties such as national regulators, national and international accountancy body to strengthen accounting and auditing profession in Cambodia;
• Submit a written semester/annual report on the result of implementing the plan and budget to the governing council of KICPAA;
• Implement other duties which assigned by the chairman of the governing council of KICPAA.
