Session Objective:
· Gain familiarity with regional and global sustainability reporting standards such as GRI, TCFD, and ISSB
· Understand the regulations regarding ESG disclosure for the securities sector in Cambodia
· Learn how to structure ESG reports in accordance with applicable regulations
This session is designed for KICPAA members, potential companies intending to issue securities, issuers, and listed entities, corporate executives (CEO, CFO, strategy, risk, compliance), sustainability/ESG officers, securities firms and institutional investors, auditors, consultants, and legal advisors, and development partners and NGOs working on sustainability.
📝Note:
· The webinar will be conducted in Khmer, with English interpretation available.
· KICPAA members who fully attend and complete the feedback form will receive 1.5 CPD hours and a free e-certificate.
Non-members who fully attend the webinar may request an e-certificate at a cost of KHR 42,000 per certificate.
Ms. Hak Kunthea
Head of Corporate Disclosure Supervision Division Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia
Ms. Hak Kunthea currently serves as Head of the Corporate Disclosure Supervision
Division under the Securities Issuance Supervision Department of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). She possesses over a decade of professional experience in Cambodia’s capital markets sector. Throughout her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in the formulation and drafting of regulatory frameworks governing
corporate disclosure requirements for listed entities. In her current capacity, she oversees the monitoring, review, and inspection of periodic and ongoing disclosure obligations of publicly listed entities to ensure regulatory compliance and market transparency.
More recently, she has been actively engaged in the development of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure regulations for the securities sector, with technical assistance from the World Bank. She serves as a member of the working group under the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF). In addition, she was also a member of the drafting committee responsible for the Roadmap for the Adoption of IFRSSustainability Disclosure Standards in Cambodia.
