The Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with POSCAR Digital Co., Ltd., developer of “Vithean” a Cambodian-developed digital business and accounting system, to strengthen collaboration in promoting digital accounting knowledge, professional capacity development, and technology readiness for Cambodia’s accounting and auditing profession.

The MoU was signed between:

·  Mr. SOK Pongsametrey, COO of POSCAR Digital Co., Ltd.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both parties to support the modernization of Cambodia’s accounting profession through digital transformation, practical ERP system implementation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for accountants, firms, lecturers, students, and professional stakeholders.

Under this partnership, both parties will collaborate on:

–  Webinars and seminars on digital accounting systems and ERP implementation

–  Professional training programs and workshops

–  Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for university lecturers and stakeholders

–   Knowledge-sharing activities on accounting digitalization and business technology

–   Joint research and development initiatives related to digital readiness and the future of Cambodia’s accounting profession.
