On the morning of 16 September 2026, the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) with supporting by Localize Tech Solution Co., LTD. conducted the Training of Trainers (TOT) on the topic “Building Digital Competency in Accounting: Practical Tools for Compliance and Business Growth” for approximately​ 122 lecturers from various universities via the online Zoom Meeting.

The training was delivered by our honorable speaker, Ms. Phok Phanna, Partnership Manager of Localize Tech Solution Co., Ltd. During the training, the speaker shared in-depth knowledge of online accounting software, further strengthening lecturers’ capacity in the following areas:
