In collaboration with the General Department of Taxation (GDT), the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) will host a webinar on “Tax Obligations for Education Sector” on Friday, 6 February 2026, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The session will be delivered by our distinguished speaker, Mr. Chhay Cheaheng, Deputy Director of the Department of Large Taxpayers of GDT. The objective of this webinar is to disseminate tax laws and legal regulations relevant to businesses operating in the education sector.

This webinar is designed for KICPAA Members, accountants, Auditors, students, Self-declared taxpayers engaged in the education business, as well as tax service agents or the public who wish to gain deeper insights.

Note: There will be interpretations from Khmer to English. KICPAA Members are encouraged to join this webinar to earn 3 CPD Hours. An e-certificate will be issued free of charge to KICPAA Members who fully attend the webinar. However, Non-members who fully attend the webinar are encouraged to request an e-certificate at a cost of KHR 42,000 per certificate.
