Ms. Sorn Sonita
Deputy Head of Division, Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia
Ms. Sorn Sonita has served in the Securities Issuance and Disclosure Document Division of the Securities Issuance and Supervision Department since 2016. In this role, she has gained extensive experience in the review and evaluation of initial public offering (IPO) and corporate bond offering applications and has actively contributed to the drafting and development of regulatory frameworks.
She is currently a member of Government Securities Working Group under the SERC framework, member of ASEAN Capital Market Forum Digital Working Group, and member of ASEAN Capital Market Forum Disclosures Working Group.
Ms. Sonita holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia, which she completed in 2024 under the Australia Awards Scholarship Program.
