Mr. Tann Channtara
Deputy Director of Department, SERC
Mr. Tan Channtara is the Deputy Director of Securities Issuance Supervision Department of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). He has over 10 years of professional experience in the Cambodian securities market where he has been actively involved in the preparation of regulations related to the issuance of securities and the disclosure of corporate information by listed companies to the public.
He is currently responsible for providing accreditation to audit firms in the securities sector, monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing the financial statements of issuers and corporate disclosure of listed companies.
He is also a member of the Technical Committee to Support the Implementation of Accounting Standards, Auditing and Assurance Standards, and Code of Ethics for the Private Sector.
