The Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) successfully conducted a workshop on “Audit Practice Manual” on Tuesday & Wednesday, 18–19 August 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Himawari Hotel Apartments.

The workshop featured an insightful presentation by Mr. Neou Remy, CEO of NEOU Audit and Advisory Co., Ltd who provided insights into technical guidance with practical case studies and interactive discussions that support effective audit execution.

During the session, participants gained knowledge on:

•  Introduction to Audit Practice Manual
• Auditing standards and compliance requirements
• Audit process (planning, execution, completion, and reporting)
• Documentation and working papers
•  Audit quality control and internal review
• Practical case studies
• Addressing practical challenges through an interactive Q&A session

The workshop attracted 46 participants, including KICPAA Members, audit staff, accounting and finance staff, internal auditors, professionals involved in financial audit, and other interested parties.

This CPD activity reflects KICPAA’s continued commitment to supporting professional accountants and auditors by providing practical learning opportunities that enhance technical knowledge and strengthen professional competencies, and keep members up to date with the latest regulatory and digital developments.
