On the afternoon of 17 July 2026, the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) conducted a Training of Trainers (TOT) on “Instruction on Teaching the Accounting Technician Qualification (ATQ) Program” for lecturers at the University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum.

The purpose of this training was to increase the pass rate of students and to jointly develop new learning and teaching methods of the accounting and auditing profession. Mr. Chea Thourn, Deputy CEO of KICPAA, was a trainer of this event and presented​ on:

• Overview of KICPAA and Updates in the Accounting and Auditing Sector
• Accounting Technician Qualification (ATQ) Curriculum
• Learning and Teaching Methods in the ATQ Program
• Guidance on Accessing the ATQ learning resources through the KICPAA Website and KICPAA App

The course ended at​ 5:00 PM on the same day with a very fruitful and happy moment.
