The Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) and La Paix Business School on the acceptance of the ATQ Program and recognition of La Paix Business School as an ATQ Training Organization was hosted at the KICPAA office on 9 September 2024 at 3:15 PM.
This collaboration marks a significant step forward in enhancing the harmonization of accounting programs and equipping students with career readiness skills to become qualified accounting technicians.

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៥ កើត ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំរោង ឆស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកញ្ញា គ.ស.២០២៤ នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យស្វាយរៀង ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង លោកស្រី សាវុធ ដាលី នាយកប្រតិបត្តិនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានគណនេយ្យករជំនាញនិងសវនករកម្ពុជា (វ.គ.ស.ក.) បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួម និងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញក្នុងកម្មវិធីសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយ “ច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ” ជូនសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ និងនិស្សិតនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យស្វាយរៀង ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ូ ថារិន អគ្គនាយកនៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម និងឯកឧត្តមសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ ទុំ សារាវុធ សាកលវិទ្យាធិការនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យស្វាយរៀង ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងដើម្បីបញ្រ្ជាបការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមនូវការអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ចជាសារវន្តចំនួនបីរួមមាន៖
-ការកាន់បញ្ជីគណនេយ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ
-ការរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុស្របតាមស្តង់ដាគណនេយ្យ និង
-ការដាក់របាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឱ្យរងសវនកម្មឯករាជ្យ អនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមាន។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានការចូលរួមពី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ មន្ត្រី សិស្ស និងនិស្សិត សរុប ៣៥០រូបនៅសាលប្រជុំនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យស្វាយរៀង។
សិក្ខាសាលាបានបញ្ចប់នៅវេលាម៉ោង ១២និង០០នាទីរសៀល ប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការខ្ពស់។

The signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) and APOLLO BUSINESS SCHOOL on the acceptance of ATQ Program and recognition of APOLLO BUSINESS SCHOOL as ATQ Training Organization was hosted at the KICPAA office on 6 September 2024 at 10:00 AM.
This collaboration marks a significant step forward in enhancing opportunities for students in the ATQ program. Through this MOU, we will coordinate internships that provide invaluable real-world experience and professional growth.

On the morning of Friday, August 30, 2024, at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence, Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) in collaboration with ACAR and CPA Australia conducted a workshop on “Sustainability Reporting: Practices, Performance, and Potential” which was presided over by H.E. Bou Tharin, Director General of ACAR, Mr. Khun Darith, President of the KICPAA, Mr. Chen Phat, Deputy Director of ACAR, Mrs. Savuth Daly, Executive Director of KICPAA, and Ms. Hien Nguyen, Regional Manager of CPA Australia North Vietnam. The workshop was attended by a total of 100 participants, including members of the KICPAA and CPA Australia in Cambodia, as well as representatives and officers from other institutions or ministries.

Mr. Chea Thourn, Education Director of KICPAA, also contributed valuable insights as a guest speaker during the panel discussion on the opportunities and challenges associated with these standards.

The workshop aimed to:

1. Share the information on Sustainability Reporting: Practices, Performance, and Potential

2. Enhance awareness of the updates and challenges in adopting sustainable financial reporting standards.

The event ended at 12:10 PM on the same day with a fruitful and highly cooperative moment.

 

On the evening of August 29, 2024, the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) and Build Bright University joined forces to present a captivating sharing session on “The Updates of Accounting Sector in Cambodia.” The event featured an enlightening presentation by Mr. Chea Thourn, Education Director of KICPAA, who provided valuable insights to a packed audience of 30 students.

The sharing session delved into the significance of accounting and the accounting profession, shedding light on the Accounting Technician Qualification (ATQ) program and offering a comprehensive overview of the Cambodian accounting landscape. Participants gained a deeper understanding of the industry’s current trends, challenges, and opportunities.

The event ended with a sense of accomplishment and enthusiasm, leaving students inspired to explore the exciting world of accounting.

 

On the afternoon of Thursday, August 29, 2024, Ms. Hien Nguyen, CPA Australia Regional Manager -North Vietnam, Mr. CHEN Phat, Deputy Director of ACAR, highly representative of H.E. BOU Tharin, Director General of ACAR, and specialists from CPA Australia North Vietnam and ACAR, paid a courtesy visit to the KICPAA office to explore opportunities for enhanced collaboration between the three parties. Mr. KHUN Darith, President of KICPAA, Mrs. SAVUTH Daly, Executive Director of KICPAA, and the working group of the KICPAA warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed their sincere gratitude for the visit to strengthen the existing ties of cooperation.

On the morning of Thursday, August 22, 2024, Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) hosted a Consultative Workshop at Himawari Hotel Apartments on “The International Standards on Auditing for Audits of Financial Statements of Less Complex Entities in Cambodia (The ISA for LCE)”, presided over by Mr. KHUN Darith, President of KICPAA, Mr. CHEN Phat, Deputy Director of ACAR, highly representative of H.E. BOU Tharin, Director General of ACAR & also the speaker, Mrs. SAVUTH Daly, Executive Director of KICPAA, the management and officials of KICPAA & ACAR, and representatives of KICPAA’s auditing firm members, totally more than 50 participants. The workshop aimed to increase awareness of ISA for LCE and gather inputs for ACAR on the feasibility of adoption and implementation the standard effectively and successfully in Cambodia. The workshop ended at 12:00 PM on the same day, marked by significant achievements and strong collaboration.

The Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) with the collaborations from PricewaterhouseCoopers (Cambodia) Ltd. hosted a webinar on “Hot Accounting Issues in the Banking Industry” on Friday, 16 August 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The webinar is a part of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme for KICPAA Members and the growing of accountancy industry in Cambodia.

The Webinar was successfully conducted with significant excitement and interest by more than 100 participants.

នៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ១៣ រោច ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំថោះ បញ្ចស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៧ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ វិទ្យាស្ថានគណនេយ្យករជំនាញនិងសវនករកម្ពុជា (វ.គ.ស.ក.) និង ACCA Cambodia បានសហការរៀបចំកម្មវិធី “Membership Day 2023” ក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះផងដែរក៏បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធី Charity & Team Building ជូនដល់សមាជិក KICPAA & ACCA ក្រោមការដឹកនាំផ្ទាល់ដោយលោក ឃុន ដារិទ្ធ ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានគណនេយ្យករជំនាញនិងសវនករកម្ពុជា និងលោក នូវ រតនា Head of ACCA Cambodia។ កម្មវិធីនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងជួបជុំសមាជិក KICPAA និង ACCA ដើម្បីសំណេះសំណាល បង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ និងបណ្តុះសាមគ្គីភាពរវាងសមាជិកទាំងអស់។ លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត កម្មវិធីជួបជុំសមាជិកនេះក៏បានរួមបញ្ជូលនូវកម្មវិធីសប្បុរសធម៌ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកជួយដល់សង្គម និងលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ ជាលទ្ធផលនៃកម្មវិធីនេះ សមាជិកនិងអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់បានចែកអំណោយជូនដល់សាលាបឋមសិក្សាចំបក់រួមមាន៖
