Mr. Seng Chanthan
Audit and Technical Partner Fii&Associates Co., Ltd.
Chanthan is the Audit and Technical Partner at Fii&Associates, bringing over 20 years of financial audit experience, including a one-year secondment in Malaysia.
Chanthan has led audits in various industries including financial services, insurance, petroleum, telecommunications, hospitality, engineering, media, manufacturing, retail, non-profit organisations and funded projects.
Chanthan has served as technical expertise resolving complex audit and accounting challenges and actively participates in delivering internal and external training, including APM training programs.

Mr. Chum Socheat
Chief Executive Officer RTSH Services Co., Ltd.
Prior to setting up the current firm in mid 2025, Socheat worked as a tax manager at Rajah & Tann Sok & Heng Law Office for 9 years, and was an audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms for 10 years with wide range of experiences in auditing various industries including public listed companies, financial services (bank, micro-finance), telecommunication, logistics, hotel, media, manufacturing and retail industries, non-profit organizations and funded projects.
Socheat also served as a trainer at one of the Big 4 accounting firm providing technical training to both internal and external clients.
In addition, Socheat was a freelance consultant as a Quality Reviewer of Audit Quality Assurance Project of the Audit Quality Monitoring Committee (AQMC) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021.
