Cambodia and active consultant to the National Bank of Cambodia Technology and Cyber Risk Management Guidelines (TCRMG). He has about more than 15 years of experience in IT-related assurance and advisory services, cybersecurity in many different industries including telecommunication and financial service sector such as bank, microfinance, insurance and manufacturing, aviation industry and hotel industry. He is also the BCP
Coordinator and supporter for conducting the BCMS and ISO Certification for Deloitte Cambodia. He has been recently supported the BCMS and ISO27001 assessment for Deloitte Cambodia as part of the surveillance assessment and re-certification for BCMS under ISO22301.

Experience
• Advisory and Consultation: Engagement Director, SME for advisory, compliance, gap assessment over the projects such as cyber security related scope, data migration review, disaster recovery plan, post implementation review, project manager for new core banking system implementation, developing and drafting policies, procedures and guidelines on IT-related topics for banks, microfinance institutions, and regulators in Cambodia, a
consultant to the National bank of Cambodia for Technology Risk Management Guidelines (TRMG) and still active consultant for the new revision, He is also a project director for cyber practice at Deloitte Cambodia for leading, managing, and reviewing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, IT business transformation strategies, ISO27001, ISO27002, ISO22301, NIST and COBIT related experiences.

• Audit and Assurance: Engagement Director, Subject Matter of Expert “SME” and team manager of IT Internal assessment Training, IT assessment, Operational assessment and computer-based system assessment and assurance. The assessment and assurance is for local regulators and financial sectors such as banks, microfinance institutions, insurance, manufacturing, the aviation industry, and the hotel industry.
